    At Camp Denman, your participants live together on 37 oceanfront acres for the duration of your program. They eat together, work together, and build relationships that outlast the curriculum. They leave having made real things in a place they'll remember.

    Space & Infrastructure

    • Accommodation for 20–80+ participants (glamping tents with HVAC, 330 sq ft each)
    • Indoor classrooms (3 rooms, whiteboard + screen in each)

    Flexible Pricing Structures

    We work with programs of all sizes and structures. Most partners find that Camp Denman's costs represent a fraction of what they charge their participants.

    Per Participant

    $275–$350 per person per day

    All-inclusive: accommodation, meals, workspace, operations support.

    Best for: programs under 30 participants or first-time partners.

    Option B

    Weekly Cohort

    $20,000–$60,000 per week

    Fixed weekly rate based on group size and season. Covers up to 80 participants.

    Best for: established operators running recurring cohorts.

    Option C

    Partial Buyout

    $25,000–$50,000 per week

    Exclusive use of dedicated program spaces while the broader campus remains operational.

    Best for: programs of 30–60 that want privacy without full campus exclusivity.

    Option D

    Full Campus Buyout

    $100,000 per week

    Exclusive access to the entire 37-acre campus. Every tent, every studio, every space.

    Best for: large programs, corporate retreats, productions, flagship events.

    Most partners price their programs at $2,000–$5,000+ per participant. At Camp Denman's per-person rates, a 30-person cohort at $3,000/head generates $90,000 in revenue against roughly $20,000–$25,000 in venue costs. The math works. We're happy to model it with you on a call.

    Content & Media Production

    Our in-house film director and production team captures your cohort in action — for your marketing, your participants' portfolios, and your program brand.

    Includes: video documentation, highlight reel, participant content day.

    Canadian Training Grants

    Many Canadian bootcamp operators and corporate training programs offset venue costs through provincial and federal training grants — including the Canada Job Grant, BC Employer Training Grant, and sector-specific skills funding.
