Creator Sessions use one shared nightly pricing basis: three nights from Sunday to Wednesday, or two nights from Wednesday to Friday. Compare the total for your dates; seasonal discounts depend on when each session begins.

A full camp week includes a canvas tent, three meals a day, the studios, your track lead, and the shuttle from Comox. It also includes 3 months of Camp Denman Labs Pro for every adult, plus your camp credits.3 months of Pro is US$135 at list price. Camp credits: 25,000 for each camper, about 2,050 images.Labs members save CA$150 (US$120 outside Canada) on a full week once their paid plan has completed a full-price month. Every price is per person, before tax; checkout shows the exact amount before you pay.

Your own bed in a shared tent
The bed is yours alone. The other beds in the tent go to other campers. One registration takes at most 1 shared queen bed, 2 shared full beds or 4 bunks; more of you together take your own tent, below.

Families
One tent for the family, priced by who is coming.
On designated family weeks a parent registers everyone in one tent. Each person pays by age; children sleep with their parents, and the parent supervises them at camp. Sunday to Friday, 5 nights.

A family tent holds at most 2 adults and 8 people. Every child is the registering adult’s own child or ward: you confirm it when you register, and we check it before we accept the registration. A family of five or more takes the Bunkhouse Tent, or registers two tents.
Paying and review
A person reviews every registration.
For a full week more than 30 days away, pay a US$400 deposit or the whole fee when you register; the balance is due 30 days before your week. Weeks closer than that, Creator Sessions and day passes are paid in full when you register.
A person reviews every registration within a day or two. If we cannot accept yours, everything you paid is refunded.
Neighbours
Islander day pass
Denman and Hornby residents aged 13 and up can reserve Monday to Thursday of an open week. Lunch included; dinner optional. Four Islander places per day across all interests. Teens need an accompanying adult. No tent or Labs membership. Canadian dollars only.
