Campus
The Campus
37 acres on Denman Island, British Columbia. Almost 1,000 feet of oceanfront. Surrounded by forest on three sides. A campus being built for focused creative production. Target completion: May 31, 2026.
2325 Northwest Road, Denman Island, BC V0R 1T0

The Main Building
The original Elkhaven lodge — the heart of a children's camp that served thousands of kids over decades. Two stories, solid bones. Gutted to the shell and ready for full interior buildout. Construction is underway — studios, classrooms, and kitchen taking shape through spring 2026.
Studios & Base Allocations
Every ticket includes base hours in every studio. If your project needs more, book additional hours or add a studio package.
Recording Studio
4 base hours/week
The entire right wing of the second floor, being rebuilt as an open-plan, acoustically treated studio. Cat 8 hardwired. Music production, podcast recording, voiceover, sound design, foley, ADR. Bring your own interface and mics or use what's on-site.
Additional hours: $75–$100/hr
Dance Studio & Cyclorama Wall
3 base hours/week
Full-size studio being built with a sprung floor and a professional cyclorama wall. Choreography, movement rehearsal, physical performance — or flip it to film/photo mode and use the cyc as a seamless backdrop.
Additional hours: $50–$75/hr
Art Studio
4 base hours/week
Big open room on the second floor with the original brick fireplace and wood floors. Painting, drawing, printmaking, collage, physical fabrication. Natural light. Basics provided; bring specialty supplies.
Additional hours: $40–$60/hr
Code & AI Lab
6 base hours/week
Hardwired workstations with Cat 8 ethernet. GPU access. Open-source AI models running locally. This is where vibe coding happens — where you learn to build your own creative tools, websites, content pipelines, automations, and interactive projects using conversational AI. No prior coding experience required. The AI writes the code. You direct it. The faculty guides you from idea to working tool in a single session. Not a computer class. A builder's workshop.
Additional hours: $50–$75/hr
Live Performance Room
2 base hours/week
Second brick fireplace. Being built as an intimate room for live music, spoken word, comedy, rehearsal, sound checks, and the end-of-week showcase. Designed for an audience, not solo work.
Additional hours: $50–$75/hr
Classrooms (3 rooms)
Included, unlimited
All scheduled workshops, faculty sessions, critiques, screenings, and group work happen here. No base hour limit. Independent bookings available.
Additional hours: $30–$50/hr (independent)
Base hours are per person, per week (adults) or per two-week session (teens). Faculty sessions and group workshops are pre-scheduled and don't count against your base hours.

If you already know your project is going deep in one space, lock in additional hours at a discount when you book. You can also buy extra hours a la carte once you're at camp, but the package rate is better.
