Creator Camp week
A week on the island to create the thing you keep putting off.
Sunday afternoon to Friday morning. You pick a track, sleep in a canvas tent surrounded by nature and trees, eat three meals a day at a long table, and spend your days in the studios with people who are creating too.
Adults, and families on designated family weeks
The week, plainly.
You arrive on Sunday afternoon with something you want to create, or only the itch to create something. By Monday morning you are in a track with a lead who does this for a living and a handful of people who are as far in as you are.
Days go to the work. Meals are at one long table, evenings are around the fire, and the shore is a short walk from the studios. Friday morning everyone shows what they made, then the shuttle goes back to Comox.
Film, music, writing, visual art, and code all sit in the same week. Nobody is the main event; the cross-pollination is the point.
Cannot give it the whole week? A Creator Session is the same camp for Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Friday, inside an open week: your track, your tent, every meal, paid in full when you register. Choose Creator Session on the registration page.
Creator Sessions use one shared nightly pricing basis: three nights from Sunday to Wednesday, or two nights from Wednesday to Friday. Compare the total for your dates; seasonal discounts depend on when each session begins.
A Creator Camp week without an assigned Creator in Residence can be considered for a wedding, retreat or another hosted camp experience. Existing bookings and commitments are protected; dates and the plan are confirmed with our team.
The fee
Standard rate CA$2,195
Build Season ratefrom CA$1,755 per person, before tax
Sunday to Friday, 5 nights, all meals, studios and tracks
For camps starting October-November 2026. Standard rates apply from December.
For a week more than 30 days away, pay a CA$500 deposit or the whole fee when you register; closer weeks are paid in full. A person reviews every registration within a day or two, and if we cannot accept yours, everything you paid is refunded.

Shoot on the shore and in the forest, then cut it in the film studio, led by camp staff.
Art outdoors
Paint, draw, and print outside, with the art studio for the wet and the messy, led by camp staff.

Morning practice by the water and movement work through the day, led by camp staff.

Start with the place, then the work.
One week, one track
Vibe coding, filming and editing, art outdoors, or yoga and movement. Mornings and afternoons go to your track; meals and evenings are shared.
The rhythm
Sunday afternoon arrival and introductions, Monday to Thursday in the studios, and a Friday-morning close with informal sharing before an 11:00 AM departure.
Families on open weeks
A Creator Camp week starts open to adults and families. Bring your children, keep them with you, and share a tent.
Creator in Residence
A place for a Creator in Residence.
Creator Camp offers a place for an invited working artist, creator or storyteller to create alongside campers. An open opportunity is not a confirmed resident assignment. You may put your name forward for consideration.
The residency is not a track and does not change your fee. It is one more person at the table whose work you will get to see up close.
